In Episode #14: Values (Part I)-Shaky vs. Solid of my Crisis to Opportunity podcast, the second of two parts examining the impact of values on how you respond to a crisis, I consider how values act as the foundation for your life and your response to a crisis. A house that is built on landfill will be more vulnerable to an earthquake and a house built on bedrock will be more likely to withstand its destructive forces. Similarly if you are unclear what your values are or have harmful values, a crisis will hit you hard. In contrast, clarity of healthy values will provide you with the solid foundation you need to weather the crises you encounter in your life.
