You respond to results, pressure, expectations, fatigue, pain, unforgiving conditions, and the First Rule of Triathlon: \u201cS&amp;%# happens in triathlon. There is little room to step back and change how you think or operate. Focus doesn\u2019t magically improve under pressure. Staying relaxed under pressure doesn\u2019t just happen.
