This episode will explore the importance of consistency in quality training and, ultimately, consistent competitive performances.<\/p>\n<p>Consistency is one of the hallmarks of great athletes, whether it\u2019s Serena Williams, Tom Brady, LeBron James, or Simone Biles. They have all demonstrated the ability to perform at an incredibly high level day in and day out, week in and week out, month in and month out, and year in and year out. It\u2019s not that other equally talented and hard-working athletes can\u2019t have great performances. Rather, it\u2019s that they can\u2019t perform so exceptionally on a regular basis.<\/p>\n<p>Given the obvious value of consistency in sports, the inevitable question that follows is: How do these athletes become so consistent?
